A CRM for brokers with lead tracking, team tasks management, and a shared calendar in one tool. Built and shipped the whole thing in Laravel and Nuxt.
Overview
CRM Real fixes that. It's a single place to track where every lead stands, manage the team's tasks, and keep meetings and deadlines in view. It fills the gaps that left companies juggling everything in spreadsheets.
I led engineering on the entire product from UIUX to development. I was also the direct line to the client, creating a clear document and requirements spec with the client, do regular conversations to cut misunderstandings and keep what I built aligned with what they needed.
The product
Open it and see where everything stands: active leads, what's due, and what's coming up. One glance instead of five tabs.
Every lead carries a visible status, so progress is obvious without opening a single record. Contacted, qualified, closed, all at a glance.
A Kanban board for team tasks. Move work across columns and see what's in flight and what's stuck, without a status meeting to find out.
An integrated calendar ties tasks, meetings, and schedules together, so the plan and the work live in the same tool instead of two.
User journey
I mapped the whole flow before writing a line of UI: how a lead enters, who touches it, and every step it moves through until it closes. The map kept each screen tied to a real moment in the broker's day instead of a feature list.
Capture, qualify, assign, follow up, close. Each stage hands off cleanly to the next, so nothing falls through the gaps that used to live between spreadsheets and inboxes.
Outcome
What mattered to me was whether people still used it after a few weeks. They did. The old spreadsheets stopped getting opened, and the team moved over to the CRM on their own.
